The manual makes great bathroom reading material. Be careful though, or it might get 'flagged'.
To save you some reading, when the CD is in you use the '+' and '-' buttons to scan through the tracks (or the button on the steering wheel). If you want to stop the CD from playing you can 1) turn off the stereo completely, or 2) Press the FM or AM button to put on the radio itself. There is no special 'stop' button for the CD player.

I think you have to pull the fuse on the radio.

Seriously, there is no stop. Tag66 is correct. Switch to another source and the CD stops playing.

..or simply shut the power off by pressing the volume button. (If TL-S has the same layout as TL.)

Thumbs down

Stop button is definitely lacking. Took a self-guided tour in Gettysburg, PA using a cassette tape a few weeks ago. The first time the tape said to stop it until we arrived at the next location, I wound up pressing the power on/off and searched all through the manual for a stop button -- no such animal!

Like others, I push the power button. I miss the mute button on my aftermarket stereo in my Accord. At first, it seems like overkill to turn off the whole unit just to take a phone call, stop a CD, etc., but since it resumes right where it left off, I've gotten used to it.
