Help. There is a scratch in the front of my Nighthawk Acural TL 2003. There is no dent but the scratch is so deep that I could see the white (plastic?).

The scratch is approximately a square that is height of the bumper. I used the Acura touchup paint bottle to temporarily fix it up. It manges to hide the scratch but it is very obvious when you are somewhat close to the car.

What would be the best way to fix this without buying a new bumper. If I take it to a body shop, will they be able to match the paint (nighthawk black)?

Yes a good body shop will be able to color match it. They will respray (paint) and clear coat the area that was damaged. It is easy to fix.
