Bumper Repaint (again)?

Bumper Repaint (again)?
Ok guys so my rear bumper was hit by someone a year ago and I got a shop to repair and paint a new one. Now the work they did was truly awful it bubbled all over and it faded soo bad, and after parts of the paint fell off I saw that they didn’t even sand it (or primer it the paint was soo thin)!
So I went to them and asked them to fix it (they have a lifetime warranty) so they will. Now my front bumper has also seen better days and I want it to be repaired as well. But I don’t want to have them mess that one up too just in case, so I was going to wait until I got my rear done and see how good it was done before I asked them to paint my front.
But I dont know if they will like me bringing in my car again to have it worked on right after the rear was done. ( I just want to check that they did the rear right, before i ask them to do the front as well)
Is this a good idea or should I go about it in a different way?
How do I ensure that I am getting it done right his time (I don’t want to go back a third time)

Here are some recent pictures of it:
Recently those bubbles just broke and fell off:
And yes that last one doesnt have extra flake in it it has over-spray from a previous job that made its way on my car at their shop.
I also think that my car had no mods or anything else, they thought it was just some kid in his car and he wouldnt notice/care.

Hey man, if they are willing to make good on their previous blotched job, go with it .....you deserve better quality work than what they did.
But, judging by the looks of things....I'd highly recommend having any future paintwork done elsewhere. There's just no excuse for shoddy repairs, IMO.

Wow, I would be pissed!!!! I would take it to an other shop and get a second opinion (and repair cost) and figure out what they clearly didn't do, before approaching the original repair shop. Then see what the original shop has to say and decide if its worth the chance of letting them touch your car again. If you have two different people paint different parts of your car there is a good chance it will be noticeable.

get the rear bumper redone under warranty...get your front bumper done elsewhere. be up front with the body shop doing the work about what your expectations are (ie...darn near perfection). usually once they know this, they take extra care in their procedures. i wouldn't let that shop touch my front bumper if the rear looked as bad as it does.

Hey thanks for all the tips guys.
I am going to tell them to fix it all and get some solid paint done.
And go to somebody else for the front, I was also wondering if its possible that I can go to a dealer and get the Fire Pepper Red paint directly so it will match well with what I have them do?

they have computers that tell them the correct paint formula and they mix it appropriately to match your car based on "picture" samples they take of the surrounding panels. they take that "picture" and the computer spits out the recipe variation of your specific color so the paint matches.

Yeah as TLtrigirl just said, after ten years or so....the true shade of a color like FPR can fade with the weathering elements. Good shops normally have no problem getting the paint to match, but as in your case....it's all about proper preparation. Also, any polymer plastic or rubber parts such as the bumpers require specially formulated additives for adhesion and flexibility of the refinished surface.
