which year tails??
For the 99-01, the brake are 7443 clear.
The signals are 7440 clear.
I'm not sure about the reverse but I think they are 921 bulbs.
for the 02, everything is the same except for signals which are like the 1156A.
But you can use the old harness with the new tails. Just get a 7740A bulb for the signals.
Sorry, I don't know about the older TLs.

reverse lights
According to this site's FAQ and several posts here, the reverse lights for 2002 TL-S is 7440. I just bought a set and found out that it is actually 921. Does Eurolite has 921?

DO what I did. Get some silver spray paint and paint the yellow bulbs with a very light coat of paint. You can barely tell that they are yellow, but they do blink yellow.
