bugs in my headlights

i now have about 10 dead lovebugs that somehow got into each headlight casing. its not a big deal but its annoying the shit out of me...So how do i get them out? I'm thinking that things shouldn't be able to get in the headlights in the first place. I just got my headlights fixed so are the new headlights not installed right? a little bit of water has gotten in them too. Any ideas guys?

You need those fixed soon or the moisture will distroy the bulbs and possible the ballasts $$$$$$$$$. the bug probably got in the same place as the water. prabably a broken seal of some sort.

Clear your headlights if you havent already and clean out the bugs and reseal them. When u reseal them w/ silicone put them back in the oven for 10 mins about 200degrees, so it melts the silicone a bit then take them out and use clamps to seal it. Then do a steam test by running a hot tub full of hot water and hold ur headlights over the steam to see if it fogs up. If it does, back to step 1 again.

If I were you I would just take the car back to the dealership, let them fix it for you. Then, if you want to clear you lights after then go ahead and do it.

They replaced the headlights THREE weeks ago, and you're still having this problem?

What are you doing sitting at the computer? Take it back and tell 'em to replace with new ones.

Clearing the headlights takes a lot of work and effort. I wouldn't recommend it unless you knew what you were doing.

Well that wasn't the problem originally with the headlights...but now they are doing this...and yes they replaced them only 3 weeks ago. They also broke my drivers seat. So much for Acura dealers...Anyway I'm bringing it in tomorow, all of the dealerships are 110+ miles from my house so I have to find 4 hours to drive to New Orleans...
