225/55-ZR16's fit great on OEM rims and on the car, if you haven't lowered your suspension.

Expect more road noise and 2-3 MPG lower gas mileage.

They grip so well it takes all the fun out of four-wheel drifts and easy TCS-OFF burnouts.

I'm not going to mess with the suspension so it should be a good fit then. Do you have any pics? Also, why do you suffer in the gass mileage area? Thanks, Joe

I haven't had that significant fuel difference...

PM me and I'll send you a couple pictures.

The OEM tires have a special construction and tread compound to improve gas mileage. They rebound very well, and are lightweight. Basically speaking, they return most of the energy of flexing the sidewall and the tread itself back to the road efficiently. I noticed I couldn't get 200+ miles to a half tank like I used to with the OEM tires.

How do the 225/55/16 look? Do they make the wheels look small? I like the thought of a wider tire.

naw, they look great. in fact, they make the OEM tires look pitiful in comparison.

I don't think it affects mileage much... the 225/45/17's im running now, I'm getting just about the same fuel mileage as I would have been gettin with stockers...
