Brakes Again

Brakes Again
1500 miles later after the first resurfacing and brakes are vibrating again. Took it in and the rotors were resurfaced one more time. I explained to the assistant service manager that this will remove 2 life span of these rotors for something that is not my fault. Car has 9100 miles on it. He explained if it happens again, they will replace the rotors. Ridiculous!!!! Anything that I can do to get them replaced now?????? THanks

I had the same problem, when they wanted to resurface them for the second time at 7k, I told them in no uncertain terms that I consider rotors that have been shaved twice in the first 7k miles of the car to be defective and or substandard. I also requested to see the paperwork from the first time that they resurfaced the rotors at 2k, and inquired if they had changed the pads at that time, like the service bulletin that was issued in 8/01 says to do, and they replied, no it wasnt. So I got new rotors, (and I dont think they were Acura rotors, the centers were painted black and havent warped in 12kmiles) and new pads.
COMPLAIN, they can and will do a replacement, and they all should be replacing the pads as per the service bulletin.
