Brake line leak!

I was under my car yesterday doing an oil change and noticed the driver side caliper was "wet"! I notice the brake line was leaking and found the bolt that attaches the brake line to the caliper was loose!!! I retightened it and my question is, how much should I torque it?

iirc thats a small size bolt,,8-12 foot pounds torque

there are 2 `crush washers` with that bolt,,once its been loose I would replace those and start fresh

remember the special bleed order on the TL is LF= driver front, then clockwise around the car

Get a pair of new copper crush washers. The tq. spec is pretty low. I think it was about 15 ft-lbs.

I am so glad we have people on here who actually try to help out others instead of spouting off the first smartass comment that pops into an empty head
