I'm interested. I can't think of any good places to meet right now, but I'll try to think of some suggestions. I think some time in May would be the best time to meet to ensure that the weather at least has a chance of being nice.

Definitely! I will try and think of a good place to have the meet....some place centrally located, depending on where people would be coming from.

Yeah, we should do it along there somewhere so we can get food and stuff. MY office is up the road from there, so I can do it any day. Looking forward to it!

 

The old Caldor lot is a good location, or even the lot where Bradlees used to be, behind Shoppers World, if we didn't wanna attract too much attention right on Rte. 9.

 

Hey do you guys mind if a fellow TL owner from NJ comes? If I am free that day, then I would love to head up there. I love road trip especially since my TL will be hooked up.

Somewhere on Route 9 sounds good to me and since there a lot of big parking lots around there we should have no problem finding an open area.

Framingham might be good....maybe somewhere on Rte. 9, since it's easy to get to from major highways....128, 495, etc...
Where do meets usually happen?? I am new to this...are they in parking lots, or what?

Actually I live in Framingham. There are a ton of good spots on route 9. The parking lot where Caldor used to be (next to Bennigans across from Jordan's) is vacant. I agree that May is the month we should shoot for.

I will be the administrator for the next meet, but if someone else could take the reins on this one I would appreciate it. I am getting married on June 2, and there is a chance I may not be able to make a May meet. Chances are I will be there, but I don't want to be the administrator and flake on every one.

I guess I can do it. What do I have to do? I mean other than pick the place, give directions & date/time? Do I have to bake cookies and bring the milk too?

Is it best to do these things in the early afternoon so we can eat dinner/drink locally? I dunno what to do! ARGH! Any help/suggestions would be good.

 

May 12th works for me. TLwiz, no you don't have to bring cookies, but I do like food!

This is the spot I was thinking of where Caldor used to be, right across from Chili's and Jordan's.

OK,

There are TONS of places to eat/drink in that area, so we could have our pick. Lets plan on SATURDAY MAY 12th, with a rain date of the 19th. Sound good (bmw74??)? We can always move it if we want. I will finalize the location in a week or so. It will be within five minutes of the Mass Pike Natick exit, to give all a reference point.

Oh, and I guess I will bring the milk and cookies.
