Unhappy BodyKits installation hardware

I got the bodykits from autcarparts.com yesterday, when I try to install the rear lower kit, I figure there is no installation kit inside that f*cking box beside the bumper piece, so I end up only have the front and side installed.

So my question is should I contact autocarparts and get the installation hardware or I can get those thing from somewhere local like ACE, Homedepot....... any advice will help.

Thanks,

James

I ordered my body kit from here (Tim at AutoCarParts) and my rear hardware was also missing. Just drop Tim an e-mail and let him know. I got my kit on a Thursday morning, e-mailed Tim about the missing hardware that evening, and he Express Mailed me the pieces the next morning (Friday). I had them in hand at 11:00am the next day (Saturday). He has a well-deserved reputation for customer service... just let him know the problem and he'll get it taken care of.

Thanks, I will. If you don't mind may I ask you what did the hardware pack contain?

Several bolts with 10mm heads and spring nuts (metal clips that are threaded... they slide into little slots in the bottom of the rear bumper and allow you to thread the bolt into them up through the rear body kit piece.) I don't know that it would be all that easy to get this hardware at a hardware store since the sizing is crucial -- the clips fit VERY snugly into the rear bumper. I know it sucks driving around with only the front and side pieces on (as I did, too.. but only for a day) but like I said before, Tim will take care of you... just drop him a line.
