Body Matched B-Pillars?

So I found out that I ordered too much paint for my body touch-up project. I have a white tl-p that I was thinking about painting my b-pillars the body color. What does everyone think?

you can try it man, i think it would look really original if done rite. A nice coat of white with alot of clear to make it really glossy would look fresh. The best part is if you dont like the outcome you can always sand down and re spray black!

Yeah ideally I want to get rid of all the chrome and paint it white. Looking through my garage I found a HVLP spray gun. Looks like I might even be able to paint my own lip kit when I finally buy one.

I think to look right though you will have to pull all the black tape off the door frames and paint that body color if your going to paint the pillars to match. I personally would keep that black but get rid of all the chrome and make that body color.

Photoshop first. It's cheaper.

paint your chrome trimming black (around the windows)

if your going to paint any chrome body color (white).. do so with the door handles and grille.. but the window trim will look very out of place in white.

Window trim will be black. I'm not messing with the seals. Only things body color will be, b-pillars, grill trim, door handles. Everything else will be black (window trim and head lights).
