Question Body Kit question

I have a couple questions, for those with the body kit, and for those that didn't have the kit on at first.
How much lower does the kit make your car? When I see a car with the fron lip scarred, I think it looks ghetto. I don't want to rub mine. I'm careful with where I park, how I enter driveways, but ... I don't want to have to go 2mph over any change in the road.
I have H&R Sport springs, so if anyone with the kit could tell me how much clearance they have with the front lip, and right behind the front tires, it would be great. Pics would be better.
Thanks in advance.

i dont know exact numbers, but the kit with H&R give you enough clearance below the front lip to clear those bumps and curbs when you park your car head first. it also clears most speedbumps with no problem. the only things that reallie need attention are entering/exiting parking lot dips, and driveways

you can check out the kit and spring pix in my signature, but i'm not sure if u can tell the ground clearance in there

Hey Sim, I'm in the same situation. I have the H&R's(my TLS is WDP and seeing pics of yours actually made my decision very easy) and I am wondering what type of clearance I would have if I put the OEM kit on. I really want to, but am concerned about the clearance, and also, I am concerned about the WDP color on the kit matching the rest of my car because my bumpers don't match well.

Ah, well if it was you, then I can forgive you. But, it was important, and I can't remember what I said.
It's cool. Just kidding.
Oh, and it's 'late' to me.

Yeah, I was worried about the color thing, too, but seeing a few WDP's, I think it's just in certain lights that you see the difference.

As for clearance, I saw some pics of Comptech clearance, and from those, I think the biggest difference is right behind the front wheel. With our car, there is about 7 inches clearance everywhere but the rear (which I'm not worried about). Right behind the front wheel is the front tire is the biggest change; it's looked to be ~a little less than 6 inches. So, even at that it shouldn't be a problem. Even the front lip seemed to be 7 inches.
So, I'm still not sure what to do. I'm asking friends, people I work with, and relatives... and, the outcome is about even (age and sex haven't seemed to matter). So .... what to do, what do...

jus get it! looks a LOT better IMO. plus even if you do scratch up the kit behind the front wheel a lil, you wont be able to see it unless you get down on the floor and look from underneath. so it won't look ghetto
