z3 fenders on your TL is gonna look RICE or ghey. Please don't do it. Yes, it will be unique. Yes, it'll be different. Yes, people will stare at you, but it will be for the wrong reasons.

Z-3 fenders will look so "not" tight on your sweet ass TL!
TL's look hella good with 19" or 20" Lowenharts and have it dropped a little for a nice tuck and nice clean tint and to top it of full video system with beats!
Thats my 2 cents worth!

yea but the z3 has those fenders and doesn't come off at rice at all... i would've loved the z3 if it weren't for the "weak" powerplant..
anyhow... the question still stands...
what other body kit mods are out there?
got the oem kit and spoiler.....
what else.......????????????/

Other then the OEM kit... you have a few options:
1) Wings West body kit and lip spoiler. Keep in mind that the front lip doesn't fit... so you'd need to use the OEM front lip.
2) M5 lip spoiler
3) Mugen spoiler (if you can find one)
4) Value Sports bodykit (available through valueTL on this board) - kind of expensive though.
5) I think Blaze makes a kit too, but it's also kind of costly.
I think that's about it....
BTW, the reason that the Z3 has those fenders and it doesn't come off as rice is b/c they were designed for that car. If a Z3 owner molded a TL grill into the their car it could be ricey even thought the grill looks good on our car.
As for weak.... the Z3 M version is a beast. Plus.. I believe that the 6-cylinder Z3 did 0-60 in under 6 seconds. I know the new Z4 is something like 5.8 or 5.9 with the 6cyl......

You could also add the BMW rear window lip spoiler (attaches at the roof). This adds a nice effect to the TL. I think Stan has this? I'm not sure where the pix are, but you might look into it.

its for looks, not for speed... if u can see how they look and if they look hot to u, then go for it... otherwise takea poll to see if its rice or not
btw herc , didnt u say putting the inspire badge on a car that is what it is , gay too? just cuz u love bmws doesnt mean they cant use aero parts from it.... its like using the m5lip spoiler, we're not tryna make it look like a bmw, just add some uniqueness to the car

Spoilers add downforce to a car and are the one aesthetic mod that I like, because if a car slopes at the rear end it adds a nice edge to it instead of trailing off... Otherwise never been a fan of too many kits, very few add aerodynamics to the car.

Please do not turn the TL into a rice car. If u want, buy an Accord and fock that car up. Please leave the TL some respect....Jeeze:yack:
