I saw this pic on cardomain. I think it's acuragirl's. As far as the neons, It looks like it's probably the same as the ground effect neons mounted to the frame behind the bumper. Not sure how to do it but I'd like that on my car too.

basic wiring, a switch. Im sure its a regular neon, but why would you want that?

and its another thing that catches the eyes of cops... i, and probably a lot of guys here wouldnt do someting like that

But, to each is own. Cop magnet for sure, unless you plan on using it for shows only.

All you have to do is just grab some neons and then stick it behind the grille. The metal beam right behind the bumper has space so if you strap it on there, double sided tape or something you will be fine. If you want some more light in the bottom, u can put one below the metal beam.

its easy fellas go to ure local auto toy store get street glow 12 or nine inch neons and hook em right up to the battery and put a flip swithc in ure car and walaa done ..... i didi it in my 04 tl underbodies in grill in the interior under dash and trunk looks real cool if ure a kid in the 17 - 21 yr old age lol
