Blower Motor Problem?

So I got a 02 TL 3.2 today and i noticed that the a/c worked but air flow was non existent so, I pooped off the glove box to check the cabin filters and there were none in the trays.i also checked to be sure that the a/c coils were not freezing up(they aren't) that being said i can hear the fan and feel some air but very little; could the debris have clogged up the metal heat sink type thing? if so how on earth do i clean it? any help asap would be wonderful because its not even dead summer here in SC yet and its already tipping 110 degrees at noon. thanks guys!

Wut.

Run the A/C self diagnostic in the car. You can search for how to do it, as I've previously posted the service manual page. This will pretty much narrow down what you need to fix.

I got no result on the self diagnostic test. Everything is working I know that much it's just not pushing much air through the vents

Suggest :
1. Check all vents - do some vents push air and some not? Or none of them do?
2. Move away from full auto to specific modes - front on, leg-space, mixed, etc.

In my case, I used to wonder the same thing, and figured out that full auto doesn't blow out of the driver side (and possible passenger side) corner vents.

All vents push very little air regardless of the mode they are in

does the blower change speeds with the fan speed dial?

Look under the dash and towards the center console, change the temp and change the fan position and see if you can see the mix motor move to see if its changing where the air is supposed to blow

Yea the fan responds to all speeds. I even took it out so I could see the blade turn. Are there 2 actuators around the center? I only see the one for the blend door and it moves when you change the temp
