BLITZsafe adaptor
I need to buy one but cannot find it on eBay for our car.
Do you know any other places?

If you do a search on yahoo you can find it, for a few bucks cheaper. I couldn't find anything cheaper unless used.

I highly recommend LogJam Elec. I bought my blitzsafe adapter from them and it didn't work. They send me an additional one within 4 days and very helpful customer service.

what is this adapter used for? is it to add aftermarket amps to stock radio?

It's to add certain aftermarket trunk CD changer to the OEM CD changer slot located behind the HU. It also can add Aux input or a combination of both. Depending on which one you buy.
