blitzsafe adapter...?

blitzsafe adapter...?

i was looking up a blitzsafe adapter on ebay, but so many kinds came up. i did'nt know there were so many different models for different cars. ... so what should i be looking for so it can work w/ our TLs?..

I bought he Blitzsafe HON/AUX DMX V.1 for my 2002 TL-S w/Navi. It works just awesome with my Sirius sat radio. The install takes about 30-45 minutes cause you have to take apart the whole dash. Here is a link of where I got mine.

not true...you dont have to take the whole dash apart, i didnt. i just took off the passenge-side panel

You must have small hands, I had heard that you could do that, so I just took off the passenger side and tried to feel around back there. No luck just scratched the crap out of my hands. Plus I thought it was kind of cool to have the whole dash apart! Either way its easy to do and well worth the time and $$

ah... i feel like a dumbas$ but, ... this is the adapter i would have to get, if i have an IPod and want it to play on the headunit.. right?

yes...you have to buy a Y-cable from radioshack to connect the RCA jacks to theadaptor and the other end of the cable plugs into your headphone jack of your iPod
