i was driving my cousin's supra and as i was going home, me and a black tl-s went at it. the guy seemed to be about in his early 30's and was from jersey. it was debadged but i could tell it was a tl-s from the rims and the fogs ( in the rearview mirror ). he also had either a CAI or a short ram but when the vtec kicked in whatever it was sounded AMAZING. the takeoff was really quick too. so are you on the board???

I'm probably gonna get flamed for this but i have a regular tl so you guys will take me anyday

I'm sure you beat him in your cousin's supra tt but by how much. I want to see how good or bad the TL-S can hang with it.

well, he had 3 others in the car and it was me and my cuz in the supra and it was mostly on the hwy so I really couldnt tell you anything about 0 - 60. most of the time it went like this... i would be driving normally about 60 mph in front of him, he would jump into the next lane, it seemed like he was in SS cause i could hear him downshift (im guessing to 3rd gear) really fast and he would fly right past me but once i floored it (automatic Supra ) and the turbos kicked in... i mean no competition but even my cousin (and me) couldnt believe how quick the tl-s was

I think a tl-s and a non-turbo supra would be a much better race from a standstill but considering the fact that non-turbo and turbo supras have the same top speed, the non-turbo supra would still take a tl-s on the hwy
