Black tab

HEy,
I know this is alot to ask but I was wondering if anyone out there would be nice enough to mail me there black tab they dont use anymore. I took apart my car and somehow my black tabs are missing. I just needt one. so if you are in the sacramento area and have extras laying around in your house I can come pick it up or if you have some and you are just so nice. You can mail it to me and I will pay for the $.37 shipping. Better yet can some one just tell me wher I can get those black tabs. That way I dont have to beg for something so small. Thanks people. Pm me or just hit me back up at glassesxfreak@yahoo.com THANKs....

Do you mean the push-tabs that hold some of the parts (eg bumper, grill, etc) to the car? If so ... there's 3 different sizes. I think they're like $5 each. I don't know who designed those things but they are a pain in the @ss sometimes to take off without breaking the tabs on the top ...

Whatever he said. the black tabs that holds the bumpers. I dunno that they came in three different sizes. I thought people would kno what I am tlaking about but I guess not. Those push tabs that when you take it off you need a flat head to pull out the middle then take it off. NOW you know what I am talkin about or no? Yea they are a bitch to take off

The black tabs you are probably talking about are call "CLIP A, BUMPER" The parts # is 91503-SZ3-003. There is also another type of clip located in the front fender, they look similar to the ones holding the bumper. These are call CLIP, FENDER (INNER), part # is 91512-SX0-003.

The clips aren't so hard to take off. If you think they are a bitch to take off, it's probably because you are just sticking a flat head screw driver in and try to pry the thing up. This is the wrong way to take out the clips and most likely result in you damaging the tabs.

The trick is to put the flat head in and gently turn the screw driver slightly left and slightly right, until the tab is all the way up. Then it can be removed

I doubt anyone here would have any extra clips. If you really must have it, go down to the local acura dealer or call 1(888)RAY-LAKS. Use the parts # I gave you, but just double check with the Dealer guy or Tim at Ray Laks Acura to make sure it is what you need.
