Question Black or Clear ??

here is a link to my page where there is a pic of Tatewaki's TL and My TL.
I have the option to put the cleared headlights from steve's black TL and put them in my Heather mist TL. Tatewaki's black car would look good with the black lights, and I think mine would look good with the clear ones. opinions are appreciated, thanks

P.S. I am getting the same OEM body kit (minus the sticker on the sides skirts) and the same lowering kit next week, H&R Sport (installed for under 500 Canadian, in about 2 hours)

yes I think the clears would look much cleaner on your car than the blacked out. Flip flop them on those two cars and your both doing yourself a favor

The black one doesn't even look like a TL with the missing grill.

Do you mean clear the corners and don't paint them. I was origionally going to remove the orange reflector from the lights and leave them clear. But since Tatewaki's were already cleared over a year ago (so I know the seal is good) and he wanted to black out his lights but didn't do it when he had them open. I was going to black out mine and if I didn't like them the plan was to switch them. I think that's what I'm going to do, go with the clear (stock) lights without the orange reflector.
