Bird droppings/paint?

Anyone heard of bird droppings taht are clear and sticky in droplet form? I have a clear, sticky, drop-sized/shaped substance on my car on the front end. what can I do to remove it? it hasn't come off in any of my car washes for months now. Help! I've only spread it out further by washing it actually.

Wink

Never had the kind of bird shit before, but, id say to use some Maguiars scratch and swirl remover maybe. Press real hard and scrub it with that stuff on a soft cloth till it comes off. Or, Correct me if im wrong, try using some gasoline. Gas is safe on the car. Won't hurt it but it acts like a mineral spirits. That might work as well. Last resort would be to use a buffer and some car polish. Try to buff it out if all else fails cuz car polish actually removes a tiny tiny tiny layer of clear coat which gives it a nice shine. Hit me back if anything.

Bug and tar remover is a safe bet as well. Could be some form of sap from a plant.

It's most likely tree sap that is on your car.

Bug & Tar remover should do the job, might have to spray it a few times. Think there's some other products that help get rid of tree sap but I just can't think of it.

Never sent my car to those places (hand wash myself all the time), but I think they should be able to remove it.
