Best spark plug?
Ill help you on that...
NGK G-Power = Value plug = CRAP < If your getting G-Power for the TL, You might as well get Fram filters.
NGK Platinum = Platinum Tip, Steel Ground.
NGK Double Platinum = OEM 2G (To Cut Maintenance Cost) = Platinum Tip, Platinum Ground.
NGK Iridium IX = OEM 1G/3G/4G = Upgrade for 2G (Should have been the OEM) = Iridium Tip, Platinum Ground
(RACING) NGK Laser Platinum = Super Upgrade = Platinum Tip, Platinum Ground on a Forged Plug.
(RACING) NGK Laser Iridium = Ultimate = Iridium Tip, Iridium Ground on a Forged Plug.

With all due respect, you've got quite a bit of this wrong:
NGK V-POWER: Conventional resistor spark plug.
NGK G-POWER: Fine wire platinum center electrode, conventional side electrode.
NGK Iridium IX: Fine wire iridium center electrode, side electrode doesn't have any platinum or iridium, but the end is a blunted v-shape instead of square.
NGK Laser platinum: Fine wire platinum center electrode, platinum pad on side electrode.
NGK Laser iridium: Fine wire iridium center electrode, platinum pad on side electrode.
The Iridium IX was not oe on any honda product as far as I know.
1G and 2G came with laser platinum, 3g came with laser iridium.
Of the listed plugs, only the laser platinum and laser iridium are considered long life plugs.
It's generally accepted that conventional plugs are good for about 30k miles, single platinum or iridium, 60k miles, and double platinum or iridium, 100k-120k miles.
