Best ECU Chip mod?

I am looking into getting a chip in my 99'tl but really dont knwo what the best one is. Any sugestions are great thanks. I really dont care about gas milege either just best hp gains.

unichip is the only one that i know of but i'm not sure it makes any difference unless you have intake and/or headers

Best one I can think of costs about $40k+. Of couse the Corvette wrapper in comes in is optional. :P
