Cool Beat a Jaguar S-Type!!!

Man I tell you what, you guys think I am playin around about my new spark plugs. Today I saw this white Jaguar S-Type 3.0 sittin on 19's... I was near Altemonte Springs if any of you know where that is, anyways this spanish dude thought he was flossin so hard in his Jag... I pulled up to him at the light and I never even gave him the satisfaction of lookin' at his ride. So needless to say, the light turned green and he tried to take off on me... I gave him a 3 second lead, stomped the gas and I still greased his a$$!!! Damn, he had that sucker floored too, i know it... We stopped 2 lights later and he tried to talk to me, but I rolled up the windows and watched the light this time and took off right when it turned green. Damn, I greased his $hit hard the second time...I can't believe it, don't those Jags have like 250HP too? Either 240 or 250HP and my car was far far away ahead of his, just some food for thought fellas !!! Trust me on this one, you want those sparks if you don't have any other mods forreal!!! My car has so much Kickback now, its unbelievable ...

more hp doesn't directly mean faster acceleration because it depends on the torque and the transmission. those Lincoln LS with V8 have some good looking data, but the tranny just sucks, that's why they're not as fast as expected from the numbers. those S-Type 4.0s might have a chance to beat a stock TL, but absolutely not the 3.0s, plus you have those "spark plugs"

What sparks plugs are you using? Sounds like it is really good. Does your car use more gas... not counting the racing and stuff!

I have supersonic spark plugs... No one believes me about how much horsepower gain is projected... It's about 45HP projected, and I think I have about 25-35HP forreal ... The transmisson shifts so much more smoothly, and the kickback is at least 5 times more than what a stock TL has when you stomp the gas ... Incredible , believe me on this one guys... The number is in the off topic, on a topic that I wrote... Check it out most definately !!!

So when are you gonna post some dyno numbers for that upgrade? I'd really be interested in looking at those plugs if the numbers hold up to what you've already experienced.
Good kill, but its usually more sporting if you at least talk to the chump you stomped.

Has anyone else used those spark plugs? I just cruised through the site that advertises and sells them. Pretty interesting read, but I find it hard to believe. Anyone else?

Dude, I'm not going to get my car tested just because you all don't understand the physics and engineering behind these sparks... They cut down on carbon deposites in your engine. California TL's and TL's in other states that have strict enforcement on air pollution, are ULEV vehicles, most others are LEV vehicles. The ULEV TL's will experience significant power increase, but are governed in such a way. TL's in other states should run these especially if you live up north because you get way better cold starts. There is an act wrote by the U.S. gov. that in summary says it is illegal to claim that one spark plug is better than the other. These sparks just "perform" better than other spark plugs because of the super sonic wave they project. OK, that's just the spark plug. The gas particles that are ignited in your engine by the super sonic spark runs more efficiently and creates significantly more horsepower because the gas is split into separate atoms in your engine creating an endothermic reaction. I know for some of us who sucked at chemistry, this may be hard to follow. Easiest thing to do is take my word, may not mean much, but don't be such a cheap a$$ and order these plugs $40 bucks... This is a great mod and I feel everyone will enjoy because you will start to notice your engine runs more smoothly, gears shift more proficiently, and if you don't run it all the time you will in return get better gas mileage. The biggest gain by putting them in is the horsepower!!! You won't notice the power the first 25-30 miles, but after that watch out ... Believe me if a moderator took this challenge to buy these and have them installed, we would stop all this bull$hit and Snook will be sellin' these bit@hes !!! THEY REALLY WORK, NO BULL$HIT !!! I'm just telling you all for your benefit out in the world.

Bro i'm not sayin your lyin here but 25-30 horses from a spark plug just isn't happening not in any car i've seen in the last 10-12 years since i've driven and been into cars can u see that kinda performance or hp gain from plugs no way no how, until i see a dyno chart proving your claims i chalk it up to the usual advertisers bs we get with everything else...

you know, if a $40 upgrade makes you feel this good, then I am all for it. Whether or not it gives 10 or 45 HP doesn't matter, so long as YOU like the upgrade. Have fun. (I would still like to see dyno numbers though)

I was reading somthing off the internet on sparks that do similar things to what you say, and they are great. Also, was installation hard...give me the down low on how these sparks are put into the car and how to get them. Thx

Hey Shyne can you post the link where you purchased the supersonic plugs? What other namebrands did you contemplate before purchasing the supersonic?

Also, a tidbit which no-one has mentioned till now, is that the Jaguar S-type 3.0 engine is actually a Ford 3.0 Liter Duratec V6 engine. The variable valve timing heads and the intake are developed by Jaguar, but the engine block itself is a Ford block. It puts out about 240 hp and 212 lbs/ft of torque (but nowhere as efficiently as the TL's 225/216).

The 4.0L V8 S-type engine however, is a de-tuned version of the engine found in the Jaguar XK8. This version puts out 281 hp and 287 lbs/ft of torque.

just my 2c

the S-type Jag drive real nice though , and the handling is really tight! I test drove one right after I got my TL and was stunned at how well it took turns. Good thing my TL had a modified suspension, otherwise I'd still be thinking about how well that S-type handled! Power on the 3.0 leaves a bity to be desired tho, so I am certain many TL's could have beat that 3.0

I pretty sure a Stock TL can beat a V-8 S-Type. The V-8 S-Type is running around 7.2-7.4 0-60 I believe. You could beat a Lincoln LS V-8 as well as those go 0-60 in 7.5 seconds. A TL-S or CL-S would walk right over them.

Question

Yo Shyne, if you realy trying to prove us that those miracle sparks work, tell us how they work? Ok, I got it. It's "your spark plug" meets the StarTrek. Dude, 35 HP gain on plugs? Hell no, better milage, yeah few miles on whole tank. Anyways, I will be waiting gor your response on HOW DO THEY DO THAT?
