bearings??? HELP!!!!!

bearings??? HELP!!!!!

when i press softly on my gas in any gear (D,R,N....ect) i hear i little rattle sound from my front end and my friend told me it might be my motor bearings wich was his ......can anyony help me out on this one???? if it is what he said, does anyone know prices on this cause im outta waranty

like i said its like a rattle type grinding sound(like when u stick a piece of cardboard or something like that in a fan!), but it only happens when i slightly press on the gas and its a bit loud and getting on my nerves....i guess im just gunna have to bring it in to the STEALERship

Are you sure he didn't say ROTOR bearings as in wheel bearings??????

Its probably the heat shield on the cat converter. If thats the prob you can just get some huge hose clamps and tighten it.

anyone else with this problem? dont really wanna go to the STEALERship, so is it a fix it at any mechanic????

yeha, let them figure it out. most have free esitmate so let them pin point the problem..

i got it fixed...it was my tension pulley......local mechanic ordered it with the belt and changed both for $140

i was going to say if its a motor bearing that will get VERY expensive! good thing it was something simple
