Funny you mention that! Today was an unusually lucky day for me. I got to race 2 IS300 and guess what?
SCHMOKED THEIR A$$!!!!!!!!!!
Man, I hadn't realized how fast the TL was or how slow the IS really is
Not trying to bad mouth the IS, but sorry guys despite what some of you think; I think the IS is a pretty sorry car. Man if I pay over $35K, my car better damn well hit 60MPH in less than 7 sec. The styling is pretty ricey, the engine is not as aggressive as Lexus put it to be, and the freakin car is about the size of a 4 door Civic, or is it Corolla. Anyway, hats off to those that bought the IS...to each his own, but beware, if I see one, I'm gonna have to change from Marlboro Lights to IS300 and Smoke it!!!

AC... that's exactly what I was trying to tell those guys... but aparently after spending their money on IS300 and wishing they had gotten something else they get all defensive...

everytime i see those IS's one the road i get confused w/ civic's or accord's cuz that damn tail lights r everywhere~!! I was at da stop light and this IS was revving~~! so I looked at it and i was like "y u have to do that??!" must put it in nutural and revvin...
i was just shakin my head....I'm pretty sure he saw my car, maybe that's y...Header will be here this friday.

Actually, you don't need headers to beat them. But adding headers makes the victory even sweeter! I too can't wait til Friday when I get my headers too!

I think the IS300 was all hype. People made such a "big" thing out of it. My friend in Japan, got the IS, called Alteza there and he was telling me it was the bomb and all that. The car itself look as small as a civic. I'm 6"0 and I can barely fit on the driver's seat. Also it's too pricey for what your getting, which I feel is just a suped up civic. But I'm guessing your just paying for the name "Lexus" cause it's up there with bimmers and MB's. But I got to admit it does have some nice options such as the mags and the pedals. But overall not worth the money and it's not a classy ride at all.

Before they came out i thosught they was the shiets, i mean they looked hella phat, but that was before every Civic in the STATE got those damn tailights. All the people over thier are a bunch of ****s. Oh and uhh Congratulations Grishulia! And if it's such a sporty car how come it dont come wit a 5(6) Speed?

I never liked the IS, even before it came out, I thought it's too pricey for a souped up corolla w/ fancy taillights. Now everyone's got them and they are already played out!

IS's suck. Their owners are big headed ass, that like to brag about how they have a lex. First off they have the low end lex, I think the ES costs more. They paid almost the same amount for their car than we paid for the TL and they still think they are better than us cause they have a L on their hood. Lex in general are nice cars but I'd never buy one, I'd go european if I wanted a car in their class. IS isn't shit, all it is, is a hyped up toyota that isn't gonna last long at all. I think I've seen riced up wanna be altezza civics that look better than the IS themselves. BTW whats up NATE, got nothing to say to anyone else cause no one had your back?? haha your ass must of felt pretty stupid.

I was there all day yesterday and this morning.... at first I was being nice, kidding about their cars and playing around, not mentioning where I am from... posted few topics.
Then, all of a sudden my topics start to disappear... I was very surprised to say the least... and they wer nice topics nothing vulgar...
That's when I decided to play rough... basically told the webmaster to F*** OFF and I think that did it more than anything else ...but he started first!!!
They actually left one of my topics there with more than 75 replies....

Excellent, excellent job grishulia!! I am very proud of you. I just had a post over their erased yesterday. Of course, the post was not nice at all. I eventually posted a cleaned up version, but it basically said the same thing. I haven't checked to see if it is still over there though. Once again, I commend you.

...someone, who actually owns a CL, started a topic over the election and it was great nice replies and a lot of their old timers were in it. Then all of a sudden one of the administrators posts a message that all he wants are talk about IS and deletes it!
In about 5-10 minutes the guys who were following the closed topic created two new ones that grew to more than 30 posts each getting the moron to get it back!
They are so unbelievable anal about that site... just like they are about their car...
Snoofin... no I did not go to the Meet... my wife persuaded me to go to the Parent Meet to NJ... and you know how those sexy wifes can "play" you
