Can someone please tell me where the Ballasts for the HID's are on the '02 Type S? Thanks.

 

under each headlight

 

under the headlight, its the grey metalic box. (its fairly flat)

 

Is it in the same location for the 99-01's?

is it directly under the headlight or is it behind the bumper? anyone have a picture? thanks for the replies.

 

1. walk out to your car.
2. pop your hood.
3. walk to the front of your car.
4. stand infront of the passanger headlight.
5. look on the back of the headlight housing...there will be a black cap with a warning sticker on it.
6. Now just below that on the bottom of the headlight casing is a silver metalic box. That is the BALLAST. It is only about 1-1.5in deep and you can only see a small section of it.
