Badging???

What can I use to clean the surface of the car before badging the emblems back on? What would be the procedure to follow? Thanks.

anything you would normally use to stipp wax off; dawn dish soap,409,simple green,alcohole

I would clean the area with some window cleaner(NON Amiona), and apply the tape. Good Luck!

Remember when you debadge to wash, clay, wash and wax.... Cause once you take off the emblems your paint will be exposed...

From: where the weather suits my clothes

Isopropyl alcohol then wash the area down with dishwashing liquid. Let it dry really well before putting the tape on.
