Well, I got hit by a golf cart in the front left corner of my car and it caused about $800 worth of damage....guess what..the guy that hit won't pay $800 to fix...he has it is previous damage...he doesn't understand how I baby my car...so I was wondering if anyone can give me any advice on what I should to get the $800 I need to fix my ride the right way???

 

Take him to Small Claims Court. Since he sounds like an idiot, he probably won't show up for court, meaning that you will get an automatic judgement from the court. Then you will have to go through the process of collecting on the claim, which is a legal process whereby you can go after his wages, should he decide not to cough up the $800. If he shows, you'll have to have your story prepared carefully, and prove that his act of destruction was negligent.
