Recently my girlfriend purchased a set of diamond plate floor mats from Sport Compact Only without me knowing (for my 00 TL). I had looked at these a long time ago and had mentioned that they might be kinda cool. Well anyway, I get them in the mail and sure enough the driver's side one barely fits and looks like crap. The passenger side, while cut correctly, is bent in the back instead of the front, so that one doesn't fit at all. I called them today and the guy said that I would have to pay return freight shipping. I told him that it was not my fault that they were made incorrectly and that I shouldn't have to pay for the return. He said that I would have to take pictures of them and then they would let me know Monday. What bullshit. Besides they looked cheap in the car, so I don't want them anyway. Maybe these guys are a good company, but the customer service sucks and I do not plan on ever doing business with them again. Only warning you guys. I'm going to email them the pics and I'll let you guys know how I made out.
