Avoid Overboost.com
I am steaming!
I ordered an A'pexi WS2 Cat-back exhaust from Overboost.com on 6/29.
I called them three times the first two weeks to seek information but got nothing but it is in process. Finally 7/13 my wife called to tell me the exhaust arrived (I never got a tracking number). I rushed home from work only to discover that it is the wrong system (for an Accord).
I called them 7/14 and told them about it. They told me they would issue a call tag and have the exhaust picked-up right away. I called them twice earlier this week and again today (7/21) as the wrong part is still in my garage. This time I spoke with the manager. He told me that the part for the Acura is on backorder and that even if they had picked it up, I would not get my exhaust.
I told him to cancel the order and credit my account. He told me he would not credit my account until he received the other system back. I told he he would already have it if they did not have their head up their ass. Had that little smart ass been across the counter from me I would have decked him. What happened to customer service in this country?

I really would avoid their company - those people really do suck!

sucks from the top... took forever to arrive, gave you the wrong part, didn't want to own up to their mistake, and is trying to keep your money until you return the wrong part back to them...
