Av6 swap i need answers

I have a 2003 Acura cl-type s and it has about 123xxx on the odometer and I plan on doing an AV6 swap because my transmission is jerking and slipping harshly got all solenoids checked AAMCO Said it is and internal issue and to replace whole trans and that’s what everyone else seems to be doing . I’m just not sure 100% sure I want to invest all this money into it so I wanna ask you guys is it reliable after the swap any issues and how easy was it to swap. I plan on buying an AV6 at my local junkyard and have someone install it what are the key things I should tell the person doing the swap?
