Autoworld Article
I don't know how many of you read Autoworld but I find their reviews to be old fashioned and they make some questionable comments.
Anyway, the review was mostly positive, with the emphasis on the TL-S's excellent value and its good handling for a big 4 door sedan. But they said things like "The TL delivers a brotherly slap to the Acura CL Type S coupe, betttering its 0-60mph time by a half-second and its quarter-mile time by two=tenths" Ouch! Can someone explain to me how the TL-S is faster than the CL-S if they both have the same engine and the CL-S is slightly lighter, so if one car is faster it should be the CL-S. No? I hate when magazines compare times from two different cars when the cars weren't tested at the same time. They should know better.
Then they go on and say that they prefer the TL-S's front bucket seats than the CL's. But when I checked out the cars at my Acura dealer, the interiors seemed identical. I sat in both cars, and both buckets were the same. I could be wrong on this one, but I find it weird that Acura wouldn't just put the same seats in both cars.
Anyway, they tested the TL-S at 14.8 sec quartermile at a trap speed of 94mph. I guess that's about right.

mosts mags have tested the tls a tad bit quicker than the cls. No idea why, it's the same engine & tranny. I think there have been a few threads started on that, but no conclusions reached.
Seats: I think the majority of people on this board prefer the cls seats to the tls seats. They are sportier and have more lateral support. Hard to notice that they are different at first.
