I called my local dealer today to schedule an appointment to have oil and filter change,
the rattling around sunroof, tire rotation, and to have them inspect the autoclimate where the numbers change from 65 to 20. The guy in service said, "you must be doing something wrong, who did you walk around the vehicle with you??" I replied "my salesperson did and how hard can it be to press the auto button and set the temp where I want it?? WTF!! He said that I must not have followed the proper procedure. Have you ever heard of such foolishness???

 

oh my god...I hope you told that guy off, dude. There were some other peeps on here with that same problem, so obviously it aint you.

 

your dealer rep is a jackass. It has been documented that several others have had this same problem, and if I remember correctly, there is a TSB out covering this too. take it to another dealer.
