auto window up issue

So here's a new one: My auto window up for the driver's side window isn't working...I have to keep my finger on it to roll it up....doesn't matter how I do it. Anyone ever run into this? Not sure if it has anything to do with the work I had done lately...they did disconnect the battery and I lost all my settings. But I wouldn't think this would affect the auto window. Any ideas?

It'll work again. Happens all the time when the battery is disconnected. Try turning off the car and then turn it on half way till the battery starts...at the same time keep on holding down the window auto up/down.

Thats normal.

The auto up down needs to be reprogrammed after work involving battery removal for long periods of time. To re install it, start the car, and roll the window all the way down and keep the button held down for several seconds after it is all the way down. Then raise it back up, and hold it closed like that for a few seconds. That should be it, but Im doing thise from the top of my head. I believe its in the owners manual

I was thinking of getting auto up on both front doors via remote. Any opinions?
