Hey victor, I'm posting here because i know you're here somewhere. But I called you about 2 weeks ago to set an order on the Acura TL door sills and was to recieve an email for my tracking number. I've already been charged but never received an email. I've also tried to call the store multiple times with the number from the website and no one ever picked up except that one time when i called you to order. The same thing happened to me when I ordered mine, only thing I didnt do was post here but I still never got a reply.

Almost 2 years ago I believe. I ended up getting the items bout 3 to 4 weeks after I ordered with no reply ever till this day. Phone or email.

 

same here. For them to charge you is easy, to have them pick up your phone is difficult, to receive you ordere....impossible....
