How are those AEM brake pads working for ya? I'm looking for new brake pads so any user opinions/thoughts you have for the AEMs?

Yeah Shoof, would you recommend them over the Axxis Metal Masters?

From AutoCarParts it says the Axxis Pads are only available for the rear for the TL-S. The AEM pads aren't even listed . Btw, is the price listed for a pair or a single pad?

Well, I like them a lot better than stock.. I was actually considering changing to Metal Masters just to try those out too, but so far, no problems for the 8000 Miles I have them on for(I think).. My next brake upgrade when the time is ready will be Cross drilled rotors, stainless lines and either another set of AEM's or Metal Masters....
Take note, though, that the AEM pads require some modifications. They were made for Accords......the base of the pad, the metal part that holds the clips, there are some notches on them that need to be grinded down in order to fit on our TL's.. this problem was noted to TIM when I got them from him, and AEM themselves at the time(about a year ago). I wasn't sure if they would fit, Tim wasn't sure, and of the Two AEM representatives, one said it would fit, one said it won't. My car was the guinea pig.. greeeeeeeat I thought.. But as of now, I don't know if it's the same way or they fixed the problem. I do know that the Metal master pads have the same problem, but if you get them thru Comptech, they grind down the notches for you so you don't have to go thru what I had to.
