I have read throught the posts on the APEXi vtec controller, etc. IF money was no object (rare but possible?) and you know a tuner who reeaallly knows his stuff, would it make a significant improvement to the TL-S or is it just something with some really cool lights? I have headers,cai/exhaust. TIA!
