Matt,
check out your seatbelt holder thingy. where the seatbelt connects into that lil hole. thats where my squeaky noise came from. just spray some wd40 in there and it should be ok. it only squeaks when theres a passenger in their right?

Mine squeaks too. Unless, of course, I take it to the dealer. Then the squeaking mysteriously disappears, and comes back a day or two after service tells me they couldn't re-create the squeak.

my driver seat started making this clicking sound on the back part so i took it into the dealer and they fixed it... 2 days later the biyatch started to squeak when i hit the gas and put pressure on it when i hit the brakes and my body would lean forward... it was like a long loud CREEEEEAK... so i took it back and they said they replaced the whole bottom seat cushion and it went away completely... no more squeaks but that clicking sound on the seat back is still there

woah....that's some crazy stuff...
as i've posted many times bout that squeak....and gone a grip of times to the dealer bout getting it fixed....it's now coming back....
they oiled the seat belt connecter, they've replaced the cushions on the bottom, oiled the seat track....and of course, danced around and yelled at the squeak gods....
but, after they oiled the seat belt connecter...it seemed to go away...then i noticed the squeaks in the roof [or door...]
but yeah....they're coming back again...so i think you just need to wd40 the seat belt connecter ... on both the passenger and driver's seat...

squeaks and clicks
Just got my '02 back from the dealer after 5 WEEKS of them working on a "squeak/click/tick". Meanwhile, I was put in a different '02 loaner for about 4 weeks. This one had about 10K miles and it and was abused by its former drivers. The seats (both driver and passenger, but more so driver) squeaked like crazy, and it seemed to be coming from both the seat belt holder AND the seat itself. My fiance and I thought it was because the previous driver may have been really really fat, but judging from your post, maybe that's not the case after all. And yes, the roof also squeaked.
As for our clicks, I get that in MY car (not the loaner) as well. I thought it was just me, or that I was just hearing things, but I'd hear a series of clicks that were very uniform in sound and speed, and there was really never anything preceding the sound that seemed to "cause" it, per se. Oddly enough, I did notice, however, that sometimes, right before my cell phone rings, I'd hear those clicks, coming from the rear of the driver's seat. I usually throw my Nokia 8260 in the little cubbyhole by the buttons for the seat heaters, and I thought maybe my vibrating battery on there was the sound I was hearing, but it really wasn't. It was the same exact sound I always hear - the clicks coming from the back of the driver's seat. Someone else had posted about their phones ringing and causing interference, and one driver even mentioned that he moved his phone over to the cupholder. Even w/ my phone in the cupholder, I'd still hear those darn clicks! Keep in mind, though, that I'd still hear the clicks w/ or w/o the phone ringing. And, no, I'm not schizo!
What my car was in the dealership for is a whole different story. It's under the "squeak, squeak, squeak" thread. After 5 weeks of being away from her (and she was only a month old), I'm probably going to say, "Screw the clicks" and not take her back to the dealership and just live with it!
Good luck!

For guys with dash clicking or rubbing noise..
I been through this..
seems like if this happens..the dash is not aligned in right or tight..
they had the dash aligned...it was ok..but it would go lose once in awhile..
I had to PUSH FOWARD the dash...or pound on it...forward...
then noise will go away...try it
