yes... just traded my TL-P in on an s type. Its just under 100K miles. Its very clean, a couple minor dings, no accidents or body work. The interior is in great shape. The driver's seat near the door is starting to look wrinkled and aged but the rest looks brand new. Rims are in good shape, a couple minor curb stings. Service is all up to date and performed by the dealer. The breaks are recently replaced but I have a troublesome rotor that was turned 6 months ago and now shakes a little. I was going to replace it. It recently got new coil and spark plugs and the transmission is new (about six months ago, dealer installed)

Its a beautiful car and runs great. I weighed my options of either keeping it and incurring the next major service (105K) plus new tires (in maybe six months) and two new rotors and decided to upgrade to an S that was still under warranty. The transmission thing scared me. If the scheduled service was all I needed, I'd have been better off keeping her. However, if anything else goes wrong, I might as well have that car payment and let the warranty handle repairs.

Anyhoooo. If you want it, call Ed Voyles Acura in Chamblee, GA. They are very fair.
