Anyone live in NJ? Title Questions.
I have a question. I got a car that on the carfax it says that a "EXCEEDS MECHANICAL LIMITS TITLE ISSUED" was issued. That is for when a car only has a odometer that goes up to 99,999 and turns back to zero making the mileage unreliable. Well that makes sense but our cars go over 100,000. Any way i just wanted to see if anyone in NJ had this on there title or carfax because once the title was issued here in TX that didnt matter and it wasnt put on the title. Thanks
