Anyone know the part # of the Ballast in a 99 tl
and a good price

i hear the dealership sells them for close to 500$

dude for a good price, no. Not even ebay is cheap. I just ordered an hid kit on ebay and will use that. Ive used them in the past with previous cars and they work fine. I'll post some pics in a week if you can wait.
