Anyone know if AHF is willing to switch my financing to leasing?

Highly unlikely.
You'd have to find some way to terminate the financing with them without having them ream you, and the start lease negotiations from scratch - this is not a simple switch.
Remember, you signed a contract, and contracts are never easy to break.
