anyone know how to remove the radio?

anyone know how to remove the radio?

I did a bunch of searches and saw many links to a bunchof cars.cometcetc, but it doesn't work...also how to remove that annoying space taker-uper/ WTF is this thing above the radio

baisically the whole center console needs to be removed. (which isnt hard) need to Open up the center console lid, lift up on the ends of the wood trim and pull out to remove them. Then you will gain access to the screws. there are also 2 in the bottom of the center console that need to be removed. Slowly slide it back so you can gain access to the plug you need to unplug. Then you will need to remove the drivers side knee panel. there is 1 screw holding it on in the drivers side fuse panel. then remove that to gain access to the screw that holds the side panel of the center console on. also remove teh 2-3 that run alont the upper edge of that panel. the passenger side only has the 2-3 screws along the top edge. then you can pop the center trim ring off around the shifter and remove the screws that hold that on. and slightly pull that console piece back enuf to get teh radio out.
