Anyone know about performance chips???

I'm looking to give my baby some more power, I've seen alot of performance chips but I don't know about them, can anyone steer me in the right direction? twanx

never personally used one, but i heard they dont really do anything and can do damage to your motor? but thats all from what ive heard

i think it would be better if you don't do it...if you have doubts
if you really want performence just go with the mods we have on the "mod list" for pure performance
if you don't have the money for it, just keep it stock....until you save more money~

Ive heard it can burn out parts in your engine faster as well. I wouldnt...
20 bucks on ebay = $$$$ problems

these are all over the forums lately.

just look at the seller's feedbacks. if it were in fact some miraculous product that increases power and reduces fuel consumption for 20 dollars, he'd have 200 million positive feedbacks and the endorsement of every government body in the world. in which case he wouldnt need to be peddling them on ebay.

but in case you werent talking about ebay miracle chips, there are none. not even reflashes i dont think

thanx for the input, there were a total of 8 positive feedbacks on the chip, I'm gonna steer clear of it

If you want to chip your ecu I would send it to Jets performance Chips and let them do it but a course it is more the $20 off ebay but it is done right Just my
