Anyone heard of "Diamond-Kote" ??

When I first got my TLS about 2 weeks ago, the manager asked if i wanted the deatailing pakcage from this company, i thought why not, and the results were pretty good, and they also included a bottle of "paint restorer" and they recommand me to apply it at least once a year

i'm not sure if this is a good company or not?? and should i use their paint-restorer or the meguires step system??

thanks in advance

Diamond Kote's been around for a long long time. Imo, I always thought it was a jip to get the dealer "recommend" paint/scotch guard packages. I think they commission for selling that stuff. As for the quality, I've both good and bad stories about it. I'm sure its ok to use any wax on it. I think Diamond Kote is a clear coat sealer??

i'm not sure, so i really don't know

but my car looks great out of the dealer, i think it was worth it

anyways i'm going to use the meguire's system soon, but then some people say the gold class sucks.... sigh, maybe it's a waste of money i guess i will have to see for myself

If it was me, with a 2 week old vehicle, I would order Zaino Z1, Z2, Z6, and Z7. Wash it with Dawn to get rid of whatever the dealer put on and Z1 and Z2 it. Use Z6 for quick maintenance and Z7 to wash it thereafter. You won't be disappointed. Use only 100% American made cotton towels to prevent swirl marks. It will be extremely slick and will bead water like you can't believe. I am an ex-Meguiar's user. Good product, just not as good as Zaino in my opinion.

minus a couple hundred for me coz we got the rust included with the car...others were excluded...

they got us free for leather...but still paid a couple hundreds for paint and sound...
