Get a complete kit, (front and rear) you will see a even larger difference.

there is only front frame crossbars available for the TL- upper and lower and they really help in turns--
reason- not a made in jdm car like tsx, which you can buy about 20 stiffening bar segments and turn it into a full racer
the sway bar size can be increased a few mm if you want,, with progress brand or other.
Make sure to replace the crappy stock end link/connectors with MOOG brand,
much better and easier to install
optional- install polyurethane bushings and new end links on stock sway bars for an improvement without giving up all the smooth of the TL

Short answer:
Installed it last Spring. Noticed a difference right away. Rear end felt more planted.
Long answer:
Stock vs. Progress
Replaced my front lower strut bar at the same time. Ripped my old one off on a man hole cover
For reference, the upper strut bar from Cusco
The RSB, lower, & upper strut bars are a "relatively" inexpensive combo of mods where you'll actually notice a performance difference after installing. If you're really concerned about sucking some extra handling from this glorified Honda Accord, I'd look at GOOD tires and a lighter wheel. I realize that's a more expensive investment, but if it's doable, it's also very noticeable.
I carefully chose 17x8 enkei rpf1's.. w/ a quality meaty tire... to absorb the road and add some "bite". They're an 1" taller & 1.5" wider than stock wheels. Yet each wheel/tire combo is 10lbs lighter. 10lbs less rotational mass on each corner of the car. Some people go for the 19's w/ stretched tire -- that's not me... To each their own.
