I have a 1999 TL with roughly 123k miles. My engine has a slight hesitation when I accelerate from a complete stop. It takes a second or two before the car moves after I apply the gas. It kinda dangerous when I'm trying to get into traffic when my car hesitates like this. Do any of you guys have this same problem? Any ideas on whats causing this?

 

with 123K it can be anything...did u ever change yer timing belt? spark plugs? any maintenance basically.....

2 second hesitation from stop while depressing the gas pedal fully is not good at all. We do have hesitation but thats between gears sometimes.

im sure other members will chime in with g00d ideas.
