I must admit that I like these cars alot. the type-s is probably going to be my next car in 3 years after my GTP. However, I've been searching the quarter mile times and I'm wondering why so many are still in the low 15's. The stock dyno on a GTP is around 190-195 HP at the wheels and these will almost always run 14.7-14.8's stock once the driver learns how to launch with 280 ft.lb of torque. Granted there's not that much diffence in .3-.4 seconds but I was hoping that the type-s was going to be capable of mid 14's from the factory. Oh yeah, does anyone like Jackson Racing offer a supercharger for it yet. I know that they were always big in the honda scene. Finally, what's the scoop for the redesign in 2004. Are they still talking ~300 HP for the type-s ?
