anyone ever done this mod?

Hey guys i was just wondering if anyone has ever done this and what everyone thinks. I was thinking of putting an xm or sirius satelitte radio setup in my car, and i thought putting a small reciever in the sunglass holder would be tight, so anytime you want to listen to the radio, you just pull that baby down and wala (dont know how to spell wala) i think it would be very stealthy.
Here is an idea of it:

Yup, it's been done. It looks awesome. If my receiver wasn't so damn large, I'd do that. I can't "hide" mine anywhere, so I have it on a suction cup on my windshield.

My stereo shop mounted mine up where the A pillar meets the ceiling. It is mounted on a bracket that is attached behind the a pillar cover. Also, no wires showing as they run behind the cover as well. Can't be seen through the windshield because of my eyebrow tint.
Upsides - easy to reach all buttons, don't need to use the remote so it isn't sliding around, easy to read display, completely hidden from view (except for antenna)
Downside - Can't flip visor all the way down
